Attention all park visitors, For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• 🚦 Park Rules/Policies
  • Speed Limit: 5 MPH for all motorized vehicles.
  • One-Way Arrows: Must be observed.
  • Golf Carts:
    • Golf carts are allowed only if driven by a licensed driver.
    • Must have proof of insurance on the cart at all times.
    • All carts must obey the 5 MPH speed limit and one-way directional signs
    • Must have a Clemson RV golf cart decal displayed. Available for purchase in our office.
  • ATVs, Side by Sides, & Dirt Bikes are strictly prohibited.
  • Bicycles: must have lights after dark
  • Restrooms: For campground customers only.
  • Campers:
    • 10 years and older will need to be approved by Park Management.
    • Horse Trailers must be approved by Park Management.
  • Fireworks: are NOT allowed.
  • Trash: please take all house hold trash to the designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash sitting out on your campsite. No Mattresses or large items allowed inside dumpsters.
  • Valuables & Personal Property: Secure your valuables at all times. The park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
  • Water Spigots: In the wintertime, water hoses must be detached from the spigot in cold temperatures. Camping guests are responsible for their spigot. If the spigot freezes & busts due to lack of proper preparation the guest is responsible for the repair costs.

  👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guest Conduct
  • Children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Accompanied Adult is responsible for children’s safety and conduct.
  • Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 AM- 7:00 AM during Football Season)

  🔥 Camping Etiquette
  • No walking through other sites.
  • No expanding into empty sites.
  • Campfires: Allowed only in raised fire rings/pits.
  • No fires on bare ground.
  • Restrooms: For Clemson RV campers only.
  • Laundry: For Clemson RV campers only.
  • Screw in sewer rings: This is essential in keeping our park odor free. If needed, they are available to purchase in our camp store!
  • Cleanliness: Sites must be kept nice & neat! No clutter.

  🚫 Prohibited Activities/Items
  • No digging, pounding stakes, or disturbing gravel/grass (sprinkler & utility lines below).
  • No generators
  • No clotheslines
  • No vehicle/camper washing (except windshield by hand) unless approved by management.
  • No vehicle maintenance unless approved by management.
  • No gardens or flower beds.
  • No window AC units on campers/RVs.
  • No Porch’s or Deck’s at camper entrance (small stairs are acceptable without handrails)
  • Tailgate Tents: Cannot be left up on sites for more than 5 days. Enclosed tents are not permitted.
  • Camping Tents: Tent camping is not prohibited.
  • One small outdoor fridge allowed (max 4.5 cu. ft.).
  • No outdoor freezers.

  🐾 Pet Policy
  • Leashed and supervised at all times. The leash must be 6 ft or shorter and under control of an adult at all times.
  • Pet clean-up is mandatory.
  • No pets in the office, laundry, pavilion or restrooms. No Pets inside the pool or pool area.
  • No tethering to fixtures or campers
  • No leaving pets unattended at ANY time.
  • Pets must have plenty of water at all times.
  • Pet Fences allowed if kept clean inside. Pets cannot be left in them unattended. Must be moved for grass cutting.
  • Aggressive dogs not permitted—offenders must leave.
  ****If your pet is outside and you are in your camper- Your pet is UNATTENDED.
  There is a $50 fee per pet violation.

  🏊‍♂️ POOL RULES
  • No Solo Swimming – Always swim with a buddy.
  • No Running or Rough Play – Keep it safe for everyone.
  • No Swimming Under the Influence – Alcohol or drug use is prohibited.
  • No Spitting or Nose Blowing in the pool.
  • Do Not Enter the Pool if you have:
    • Diarrhea or nausea
    • Skin, eye, ear, or respiratory infections
    • Open wounds or lesions
  • No Pets or Animals in the pool area.
  • No Glass in or around the pool deck.
  • Children Must Be Supervised at all times.
  • Shower Before Entering the pool.
  • Follow Posted Pool Hours and Maximum Occupancy.
  • First Aid Kit is available at the front office.
  • ⚠️ SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – No Lifeguard on Duty
  • No furniture should be placed inside the pool
