Camping or Tailgating - You Want to be All In

Check In Information

Welcome to our park!

  • Check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need a late check-out, please call the office to arrange it.
  • Our basic rate includes accommodation for 2 people and 2 vehicles. Any extra vehicles will incur an additional charge. Please note that no more than 2 vehicles per site are allowed. Any extra vehicles will be charged $10 each and must be parked in the overflow parking area.
  • We kindly ask that vehicles do not block roadways or vacant sites, and refrain from parking on the grass.
  • All visitors are required to check in with the office and obtain a visitor’s pass.
  • If you are moving to a different site, please ensure your current site is vacant and then inform the office before moving your RV.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for early departures or due to adverse weather conditions, and cancellations are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

During Your Visit

Attention all park visitors, For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The 5 MPH speed limit and one-way directional arrows are to be observed by ALL MOTORIZED VEHICLES.
  • Golf carts are permitted, but only licensed drivers of legal age may operate them.
  • ATVs or Side by Sides are strictly prohibited within the park.
  • Guests need to supervise and ensure the safety of their children. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Please take necessary precautions to secure your valuables, as the park cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Football season quiet time is extended to midnight and we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum during this time. Your consideration for your fellow guests is greatly appreciated.
  • Campfires are only allowed in above-ground and raised fire rings. No Fires in burn barrels or on bare ground!
  • Restrooms are reserved for Clemson RV guests only. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
  • No digging in gravel or grass and avoiding the use of stakes in these areas. There are sprinkler lines that run beneath each site, etc. You are responsible for damages.
  • No Gardens
  • No use of generators
  • No clotheslines on sites.
  • Vehicles on the premises should be in good working order, with no excessive fluid leaks. Your cooperation in maintaining your vehicle is greatly appreciated.
  • NO washing of vehicles or RVs in the park, except for bucket washing windshields to remove bugs, etc.
  • Sewer Rings are essential to maintain a pleasant environment, and they are available for purchase in the office. Let’s all do our part to keep the park clean and odor-free.
  • FIREWORKS are NOT allowed.
  • No Tent Camping.
  • No Horse Trailers unless approved by Office Management.
  • Please take all trash to the designated dumpsters provided to maintain a clean site.
  • We Do Not offer Utility Trailer or Boat Storage
  • On your site: Enclosed Tents & Tailgate Tents are not allowed up for more than 5 days. Tents can not be used for storage
  • Window Air Conditioning Units are not allowed on campers/RVs.

With easy access to Clemson RV Park from Interstate-85 Exits 19 or Exit 14 will bring to the front gate. You can enjoy the popular mountain bike trails and horse/equestrian trails of Fants Grove that our property backs up to. Onsite there are two ponds and Clemson University will be bringing a nature trail soon. Golfers delight with Boscobel Golf Course, a 18 hole par 71 and the Clemson Walker Course with the signature Tiger Paw shape of the 17th hole.

  • Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
  • Clean up after your pet. A fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account for any violations of this policy.
  • Pets will be on a leash 6ft or shorter in length and under control of an adult at all times.
  • Do NOT tie pets to any RV Park property (tables, trees, electrical meters etc.)
  • Pet fences or kennels may be set up on grass as long cleaned up after.
  • Pets are NOT allowed in office, laundry or bathrooms. Pet owners who take their animals in the bathroom area for any reason will be accessed a $50.00 fee.
  • Make sure pets have plenty of water at all times.
  • Aggressive dogs will not be allowed in the park. You will be asked to leave the park if your dog shows any aggressive tendencies or complaints are verified.
  • Pets are NOT allowed under the food tent while food is being served

Not only are we located just down the road from beautiful Lake Hartwell and Portman Marina- you can enjoy the foothills of South Carolina and the surrounding Great Smokey Mountains, part of the Appalachin Mountain range. In less than 45 minutes you can be heading up the mountains for a spectacular day trip to such amazing sites as Ceasers Head, White Water Falls, Stumphouse Tunnel and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.

Clemson RV Park has paved roads leading all around the facility. Two open air pavilions for live music, food, food contests, movie nights, etc. Both Phase I & II are now complete & consists of (297) 65’ full hook up sites with a Full Bath Facility with Laundry! Clemson RV Executive Park (Phase III) is finally completed! These sites are privately owned, deeded sites. This phase is a private gated community. This added another 93 sites making for a total of  390 large sites for camping/tailgating crowds year round!

Directions

From Charlotte NC-Head south on I-85 and exit off at Exit 19 towards Clemson. After 6 miles turn left onto Hwy 187 and take your first right onto Dalton road. Clemson RV will be on your left. From Atlanta take exit 14 and turn left towards Clemson. After 6 miles turn left onto Dalton road and Clemson RV will be on your left.
